Modafinil & Armodafinil: These are my favorite nootropics.

They had helped in many aspects of my life. Back in 2014, I had to write long essays, and Modafinil prolonged concentration time to finished unwanted tasks.

I found out that it also helped to focus on my workout.

Modafinil or Armodafinil can reduce your sleeping hours. Therefore, take it early before 8:00 am to get a good sleep.

Creatine: It is incredibly useful physically and mentally.

It makes you stronger and can lift heavier at the gym.

It elevates the development of ATP.

ATP is the main energy source our muscles use to lift weights.

Also, it is been found that is a nootropic.

I take 5g as a pre-workout.

The only disadvantage of creatine is that increases water retention.

You might get a water belly on it.

Sometimes it might give stomach cramps if ingested in huge amounts.

Water and hydration are crucial with creatine.

The body needs to be more hydrated when ingesting creatine.

The cheapest and most available form is creatine monohydrate.

Take 5mg of creatine daily with a good source of carbohydrates to boost absorption and have a brutal workout.

Noopept: It is the newest nootropic I’ve tried.

I found that it helps your levels of concentration; on the other hand, not as strong as Modafinil.

The effect only lasts about 4-5 hours.

It is easier to get Noopept in the markets.
