Hi Everyone, In this blog post I am going to tell you about the health benefits of eating steak and eggs.

My favorite robust and healthy foods are steak and eggs.

There was a time in college where I spent most of my spare time drinking, clubbing, and smoking.

After two years of that kind of lifestyle, ended up overweight, depressed, and moody.

Eventually, I put my self together and started to workout and eat robust and healthy steak and eggs. As a result, I started to feel robust, clear-minded and more disciplined.

Many people watch diet and nutrition ads on TV, fitness magazines, that they should eat this and that. As a consequence, people think is complex and need to follow demanding diet programs.

The reality is that simplicity is the best, and the most simple diet to be robust and lose weight is eating steak and eggs.

Personally, I use the 80/20% rule. For example, in one week I am going to eat steaks and eggs only and 2 days mix simple carbs.

Steak and eggs are great to build muscles and be robust.

Steak and eggs are your best friend on the way to ultimate robustness. In addition, they are great sources of protein.

All meats, especially beef, contain great amounts of protein and zero carbs. For example, every 100 g of a steak contain about 35 g of protein.

Eggs are widely available and are the best organic source of protein. Moreover, one egg equals 5-6 g of protein and it is easily available in supermarkets.

Can be cooked and prepared easily. Steaks are easy to prepare.

On a frying pan, takes about 10 -20 minutes to get it done.

Eggs are easy too, takes about 10 minutes to fry them, and 12 Minutes to boil them.

You can drink it raw or get some flavored liquid white eggs.

The main reasons Steak and eggs are my favorites is because they can heal illnesses.

There are illnesses that can be cured or improved with a diet that include more steak and eggs.

Weight loss, steaks are organic protein sources and contain zeros carbs.

High carbohydrate intake leads to more fat into your body, and the more depressed one feels, the more likely to eat high carbs and sugary foods.

High carbs and sugary foods lead to depression, low drive, and obesity. But, steak and eggs can help you fight addiction to carbohydrates.

Moreover, obesity is the cause of cardiac diseases and hypertension due to a lack of flood throughout your body.

Steak and eggs help one lose weight and fight obesity.

Steak and eggs are great for mental health.

Back in 2010, I got an alcohol addiction. Afterward,  I was 200 pounds, with a 28 percent body fat. As a result, I felt moody with a low drive to do anything.

In 2013, I decided to change my mindset and go for a robust life and started lifting weights and eating steaks and eggs.

After 6-10 months later, I lost about 23 pounds and went from 28% body fat to 17%.

The transformation made me feel alive and robust because I had no drastic mood changes and felt the drive to take action.

Concentration and focus improved and brain fog disappears.

Steak and eggs are great for your skin.

Back in 2012, I got alcohol and tobacco addiction. Therefore, acne was all over my face.

Steaks and eggs helped me to fight addiction and clear my face from acne. As a consequence, my skin started to look clear and radiant.

Excess of carbs and sugary food irritates the skin. So, eat steak and eggs to better it.

With a glowing, radiant skin one becomes more confident and robust.

To sum this post, steak and eggs are healthy t and great to be robust.

Daily intake of them leads to more mental clarity, weight loss, and robust mental health.
