<h2><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Modafinil is great and it slightly enhances your mood.</span></h2>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The difference between Armodafinil and Modafinil is their molecule structure.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">I found that Armodafinil is more like laser focus only.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Modafinil has got the laser focus benefit and mood enhancement benefits as well.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">They both work in the prefrontal cortex of your brain which is in charge of making decisions, executing an action, or paying attention for longer periods.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The right dose is Modafinil 100-200 mg early in the morning. And, Armodafinil 150 mg per day early in the morning, too.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Modafinil or Armodafinil can reduce your sleeping hours. Therefore, take it early before 8:00 am to get a good sleep.</span></p>
<h2><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Creatine: It is incredibly useful physically and mentally.</span></h2>

<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">I had to adapt and change quickly to this kind of lifestyle and created a functional <a href="https://madrobustness.com/how-to-mix-calisthenics-and-weight-training/">calisthenic</a> workout that you can do at home.</span></p>
<h3><span data-preserver-spaces="true">This robust home-based workout is suitable for all levels of fitness, beginners, intermediate, or advance. </span></h3>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The only equipment needed is a pull-up bar.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The workout is divided into two: Workout A and B. Each workout takes about 30-40 minutes to complete</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The schedule is going to be four times a week and is divided into push exercises and pull exercises.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The push exercises are for Mondays and Thursdays or Work out A</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Take a break of 45 secs to a minute between sets</span></p>
<h2><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Workout A= Chest, Triceps, Legs</span></h2>
<h3><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Chest Exercises:</span></h3>

<li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Regular push-ups 3 sets of 17 reps and Decline push-ups 3 sets of 12 reps</span></li>

The decline push up needs to find an elevated surface to do it. Flat push up targets your mid-chest, and decline push-ups your upper chest section</span></span></span>

<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">I use Wednesday and Saturday to do the extras mentioned above.</span></p>
<h3><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Sundays are for cardio: Brisk walking, jump rope, jumping jacks for 30 minutes.</span></h3>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">There you have it, a complete calisthenic workout with minimum equipment.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">It is suitable for confined spaces and people who have to stay at home for a long time.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">People are panicking and finding excuses not to workout during the current circumstances.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">There is no excuse for not working out.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Your body is your temple and is the foundation,  therefore it&#8217;s got to be strong and robust especially during current circumstances.</span></p>

<p>Whey protein isolate contains 90-95% protein and less of other inflammatory components.</p>
<p>Whey protein isolate is the best because it is easier to digest due to less amount of lactose or milk sugar.</p>
<p>I take whey protein isolate after a robust work for quick absorption of protein once a day or the days I lift.</p>
<h2>Casein:</h2>
<p>It also comes from milk.</p>
<p>It digests slowly and is hard to digest; therefore, it is best to use it in the evening.</p>
<p>The big disadvantage of Casein protein powder is because it is addictive.</p>
<p>When it is in your mouth it hits opioid receptors in your brain and one can become addicted to it.</p>
<p>The best way to use it is in the evening or get it from cottage cheese which contains casein.</p>
<h2>Pea Protein:</h2>
<p>My favorite type of protein powder.</p>
<p>It is easily digested by the body and it is slowly absorbed throughout the day.</p>
<p>It comes from the mechanical separation of breaking the yellow peas and extracting the protein.</p>
<p>It is great as a meal replacement or as a protein shake throughout the day.</p>
<h2>Brown Rice protein :</h2>
<p>It is not a complete protein source.</p>
<p>It is highly deficient in Lysine which is an important amino acid.</p>
<p>Brown rice protein is derived from grains; therefore, it contains prolamins.</p>
<p>One of the main disadvantages of brown rice protein is that it spikes a reaction into your body like gluten.</p>

<p>Most of the vegan protein powder contains a mix of plant-based proteins such as pea protein, brown rice protein, hemp, and collagen.</p>
<p>Even though pea protein is great, collagen is good for your joints, tendons, and hemp protein is rich in amino acids, brown rice comes with prolamins.</p>
<p>Vegan protein powder is not one of my favorites due to its effects on the body by gluten.</p>

<p>There are other mainstream protein powders like beef protein powder.</p>
<p>Beware of beef protein powder because it is made up of different parts of a cow.</p>
<p>Beef protein powder sounds like a compacted steak in a bottle; on the contrary, it is not efficient since they mixed different parts of the cow-like collagen, gelatin, and leftover scraps.</p>

<p>Most pre-workout supplements do have all of these ingredients; however, the majority lack the necessary amount to get insane pumps.</p>

<p>I mix these supplements and get my own pre-workout formula: 300-500 mg of caffeine, 3-5 g of Creatine, 3-5 g of Beta-Alanine, 5-7 g of citrulline Malate, and One Melatonin pill to sleep at night.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t take these supplements the whole year, I cycle them every month. Besides Melatonin, they are all good for a pre-workout formula. Melatonin is for sleep aid and recovery.</p>

<p>Keep in mind, that it takes about 45 minutes for these supplements to take full effect.</p>

<h2>Hi Everyone, In this blog post I am going to tell you about the health benefits of eating steak and eggs.</h2>
<p>My favorite robust and healthy foods are steak and eggs.</p>
<p>There was a time in college where I spent most of my spare time drinking, clubbing, and smoking.</p>
<p>After two years of that kind of lifestyle, ended up overweight, depressed, and moody.</p>
<p>Eventually, I put my self together and<a href="http://madrobustness.com"> started to workout</a> and eat robust and healthy steak and eggs. As a result, I started to feel robust, clear-minded and more disciplined.</p>
<p>Many people watch diet and nutrition ads on TV, fitness magazines, that they should eat this and that. As a consequence, people think is complex and need to follow demanding diet programs.</p>
<p>The reality is that simplicity is the best, and the most simple diet to be robust and lose weight is eating steak and eggs.</p>
<p>Personally, I use the 80/20% rule. For example, in one week I am going to eat steaks and eggs only and 2 days mix simple carbs.</p>
<h3>Steak and eggs are great to build muscles and be robust.</h3>
<p>Steak and eggs are your best friend on the way to ultimate robustness. In addition, they are great sources of protein.</p>
<p>All meats, especially beef, contain great amounts of protein and zero carbs. For example, every 100 g of a steak contain about 35 g of protein.</p>
<p>Eggs are widely available and are the best organic source of protein. Moreover, one egg equals 5-6 g of protein and it is easily available in supermarkets.</p>
<h3>Can be cooked and prepared easily. Steaks are easy to prepare.</h3>
<p>On a frying pan, takes about 10 -20 minutes to get it done.</p>
<p>Eggs are easy too, takes about 10 minutes to fry them, and 12 Minutes to boil them.</p>
<p>You can drink it raw or get some flavored liquid white eggs.</p>
<p>The main reasons Steak and eggs are my favorites is because they can heal illnesses.</p>
<h2>There are illnesses that can be cured or improved with a diet that include more steak and eggs.</h2>
<h3>Weight loss, steaks are organic protein sources and contain zeros carbs.</h3>
<p>High carbohydrate intake leads to more fat into your body, and the more depressed one feels, the more likely to eat high carbs and sugary foods.</p>
<p>High carbs and sugary foods lead to depression, low drive, and obesity. But, steak and eggs can help you fight addiction to carbohydrates.</p>
<p>Moreover, obesity is the cause of cardiac diseases and hypertension due to a lack of flood throughout your body.</p>
<p>Steak and eggs help one lose weight and fight obesity.</p>
<h3>Steak and eggs are great for mental health.</h3>
<p>Back in 2010, I got an alcohol addiction. Afterward,  I was 200 pounds, with a 28 percent body fat. As a result, I felt moody with a low drive to do anything.</p>
<p>In 2013, I decided to change my mindset and go for a robust life and started lifting weights and eating steaks and eggs.</p>
<p>After 6-10 months later, I lost about 23 pounds and went from 28% body fat to 17%.</p>
<p>The transformation made me feel alive and robust because I had no drastic mood changes and felt the drive to take action.</p>
<p>Concentration and focus improved and brain fog disappears.</p>
<h3>Steak and eggs are great for your skin.</h3>
<p>Back in 2012, I got alcohol and tobacco addiction. Therefore, acne was all over my face.</p>
<p>Steaks and eggs helped me to fight addiction and clear my face from acne. As a consequence, my skin started to look clear and radiant.</p>
<p>Excess of carbs and sugary food irritates the skin. So, eat steak and eggs to better it.</p>
<p>With a glowing, radiant skin one becomes more confident and robust.</p>
<h3>To sum this post, steak and eggs are healthy t and great to be robust.</h3>
<p>Daily intake of them leads to more mental clarity, weight loss, and robust mental health.</p>
<p>Be robust, lift weights, eat steak and eggs, and get the ultimate robust version of yourself.</p>

<h2>Incorporating calisthenics to a weight lifting routine can make one improve joints, flexibility, and target muscles simultaneously</h2>
<p>The oldest ways of exercise used by ancient warriors are calisthenics.</p>
<p>Combat sports, team sports, and modern military forces leaders use calisthenics programs to train.</p>
<p>Bodyweight training involves exercises that humans naturally start doing since are born.</p>
<p>Your hands are the only one controlling the range of motion of the exercises.</p>
<p>Therefore, hands strength is going to increase and your joints adapt to the resistance.</p>
<p>Calisthenics is best for the core.</p>
<p>People who practice calisthenics use isometric or static exercises.</p>

<p>However, I don&#8217;t completely agree with it.</p>
<p>The amount of energy to have two separate exercise programs is going to make you feel exhausted and actually can make it harsh for recovery.</p>
<p>The best way to mix them is to do bodyweight exercises when one is at the gym.</p>
<p>For example; let&#8217;s say one is doing three days a week at the gym workout program:</p>
<ul>
<li> Bench Press and triceps rope push downs with push-ups and dips</li>
<li> Deadlift and biceps curls with them with pull ups or chin ups.</li>
<li> Leg press machine mixes it with squats.</li>
<li>Overhead shoulder press with handstand push-ups or shoulders inclined push-ups.</li>
</ul>

<p>Calisthenics is great to help you get ripped, robust, and more coordinated.</p>
<p>It is great when you are stuck in a hotel or place with no gym equipment.</p>

<p>I studied abroad and due to slack and negativity could not graduate from college. Then, I noticed that most of my friends graduated and started to work in their 9-5 jobs. During that time, felt like everyone was being successful and I was falling behind</p>

<p>Next, I moved  into my parents&#8217; house and started to do research on ways to change your mindset naturally and found out that exercise helps to boost serotonin and other chemicals in the brain that help you feel driven and robust</p>

<p>I started to work out in the gym and started to feel more motivated. I enrolled back to college and graduated and went from a 190 pounds 21% body fat chubby person to a  175 pounds  14% body fat fit and lean one.</p>
